About

Alliance Alloys is a newly formed company based in the UK dedicated to supplying foundry quality alloys to specialist melters worldwide. Our aim is to connect specific alloys with the appropriate manufacturer so every element is retained and therefore valued.

Our Products

Stainless Steel

The stainless steel family of alloys is widely used in domestic appliances, food, construction, architectural and general industrial engineering for its corrosion resistance qualities, excellent surface finish, strength and hygienic properties. Nickel, Chrome and Molybdenum are key alloying elements within stainless steel production and are all highly recyclable.

Typical grades we are interested in purchasing include:
316L
Duplex 2205
Duplex 2507
Zeron 100
254SMO
AL6XN
904L
Duplex 2101
Duplex 2304
17/4 PH
Ni Resist 1

Heat Resistant Alloys

High temperature austenitic stainless steels are produced by the addition of several significant alloying elements designed to ensure they operate at elevated temperatures in excess of 500 deg C. This can include applications in heat treatment furnaces, energy plants, metallurgical processing and cement manufacturers. In addition to heat resistance these steels also have excellent strength and corrosion resistance properties.

Typical examples include:

309
310
330
Inco 800
Inco 825
A286
